Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Pre-Visit Planning remote position in PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage assessment and health advice to Primary Care patients using approved protocols
• Document calls and inquiries in applicable systems in a timely manner
• Ensure performance standards are met while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
• 1+ years of prior Call Center Nursing experience (preferred)
