Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Call Assist to provide telephone triage assessment to Primary Care patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide health advice and referrals to consumers with clinical questions via telephone using approved protocols
• Document calls in a timely manner according to department standards for legal and statistical purposes
• Ensure performance standards are met while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, including areas such as Med/Surg, critical care, or telephonic nursing
• Must reside in the PST time zone and be able to work the specified PST schedule
• Experience in disease management, home health, or patient education is preferred
• Ability to master new work routines and methods
