Job Summary

Providing telephone triage assessment to Primary Care patients, the part-time salaried Washington State Licensed RN will utilize clinical expertise and approved protocols to offer health advice and referrals remotely while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical expertise to provide health advice and make referrals via telephone
• Documents calls in a timely manner according to department standards
• Ensures performance standards are met while providing superior customer service

Required qualifications

• WA State RN license
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
• Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, or telephonic nursing
