Washington State Licensed School Psychologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Washington State Licensed School Psychologist.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students dealing with emotional or behavioral difficulties

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Proven 2 years experience as a school psychologist, ideally in an educational setting
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills with the ability to interpret test results
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to special education and student support services
