Washington State Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage reconciliations and provide technical support in a nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly reconciliations for multiple entities, including bank, GL, intercompany, and credit cards
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to non-accounting staff across various sites
• Support annual audits, grant compliance, and contribute to consolidated financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with high-volume reconciliations
• Nonprofit or fund accounting background preferred, including knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and Uniform Guidance
• Grant management and compliance experience is a plus
• CPA or comparable experience preferred
