Washington State Licensed Senior Database Administrator

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Washington State Licensed Senior Database Administrator will manage Epic Cogito platforms, support ETL processes, and ensure database performance and security while working remotely from Washington State.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Epic Cogito platforms, including Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, and Radar, while maintaining data warehouse databases
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and database optimization, including SQL Server indexing strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a DBA, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Epic Cogito Certification in Clarity and/or Caboodle
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration workflows
