Washington State Licensed Value Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for reducing non-labor expenses and enhancing clinical supply chain performance
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and coordinate process improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Review financial, clinical, and operational data to assist in the selection and implementation of cost-effective products and services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in settings such as Med Surg, OR, or CV/IR
• Expertise in supply chain processes and performance improvement preferred
