Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the advancement of nursing practice at both micro and macro levels
- Analyze and evaluate data to ensure patient-centered and effective nursing care
- Design strategies and interventions to optimize outcomes for patients, nurses, and systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree required; DNP or PhD preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Nursing Certification or related professional certification required within one year of hire
- Five years of experience with the assigned patient population
