Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multimedia Audio Visual Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage events and ensure a holistic meeting experience in multipurpose and conference rooms
• Oversee and maintain all audio-visual equipment in managed spaces
• Provide high-touch customer service and assist clients with meeting logistics and equipment troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, digital signal flow, and firmware/software updates
• Familiarity with modern audio-visual concepts and excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience with laptops, projectors, microphones, and remote participation technology
• Crestron DMC-E certification and network certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of calculations and proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office
