Washington State Product Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management focused on the state of Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Product Department staff and oversee project completion
• Develop and maintain competitive product offerings and pricing strategies
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate strategies with other departments to meet profit and growth objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience preferred
• 9 - 11 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 7 - 9 years of experience
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience in personal lines insurance products, particularly auto and homeowner products
• Experience in developing and implementing products, underwriting, and coverage programs
