Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote Washington State Program Operations Manager will oversee the Mountain West AIDS Education and Training Center, managing program planning, grant operations, and personnel while ensuring compliance with federal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the strategic planning process for MWAETC programming and initiatives
- Oversee financial management, including budget development and compliance with funding requirements
- Supervise and support staff development, performance management, and recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, administration, education, or a related field and five years of program management experience
- Demonstrated competence in federal health grant writing and management
- Experience in financial operations and budget oversight
- Knowledge of HIV prevention, care, and treatment
- Strong organizational leadership and strategic planning skills
