Washington State Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst - Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, multi-workstream engagements including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements while developing analytical artifacts that drive clarity
• Utilize AI tools to enhance project delivery, including document synthesis, data analysis, and creating executive-ready deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis roles with demonstrated senior-level performance
• Direct experience with at least one major ERP implementation (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Active daily use of AI tools integrated into PM and BA workflows
• Proficiency in developing business process documentation and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
