Job Summary

Seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager (Consultant) for a full-time remote position in Washington State, who will manage project timelines and resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize business processes across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define project objectives and track progress
• Lead Rhythm of Business (RoB) workstreams, coordinating meetings and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• Residency in Washington State or Texas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management frameworks
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale environments
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
