Job Summary
Responsible for provider network performance analysis, the full-time remote Washington State Provider Network Analyst will manage data elements and standards to ensure network capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support network strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Leads network performance analytics, including KPI trend analysis and identification of network gaps
- Develops and maintains models to assess and monitor network performance and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Analyzes demographic and utilization data to provide insights for regulatory filings and identify opportunities for network expansion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years' experience working with healthcare professionals and in managed care
- Knowledge of CMS, HCA, and OIC Washington State managed care network regulatory requirements
- Experience managing large amounts of complex data and reconciling data output
- Preferred experience in project coordination and office support
