Washington State Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

Supporting the development of behavioral health provider networks, the full-time Washington State Provider Relations Advocate will assist with claims processing, enhance provider relationships, and contribute to online portal improvements while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end behavioral health provider claims and enhance call quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of programs that foster positive relationships between the health plan and providers
• Support the development and management of behavioral health provider networks and training programs

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of health care or managed care experience
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare regulations
• Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
