Job Summary
Supporting the development of behavioral health provider networks, the full-time Washington State Provider Relations Advocate will assist with claims processing, enhance provider relationships, and contribute to online portal improvements while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end behavioral health provider claims and enhance call quality
- Contribute to the design and implementation of programs that foster positive relationships between the health plan and providers
- Support the development and management of behavioral health provider networks and training programs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of health care or managed care experience
- Experience with Medicaid or Medicare regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
