Providing critical assistance to individuals seeking recovery resources, the part-time on-call Recovery Helpline Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text, facilitating access to substance use, mental health, and problem gambling services while working remotely from Washington State.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming communications from individuals seeking recovery-related services
• Provide information, referrals, and resource navigation for various support needs
• Document interactions accurately and conduct follow-up outreach to ensure successful service connections

Required qualifications

• Understanding of substance use disorders and related treatment options
• Experience in a call center, helpline, or behavioral health setting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with multiple technology platforms and databases
• Residence within Washington State
