Washington State Reservations Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Agent (PT) to manage guest bookings and inquiries in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails, assisting guests with reservations and inquiries
• Follow up on guest inquiries to secure bookings and provide concierge services
• Maintain guest profile information and uphold quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus
• Previous guest service or call center experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong keyboarding skills required
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must reside in Washington State at the time of hire and throughout employment
