Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Call Us First Overnight to provide telephone triage assessment to Primary Care patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide health advice and referrals to consumers via telephone using clinical expertise and approved protocols
• Document calls and inquiries according to department standards in a timely manner
• Deliver superior customer service while ensuring performance standards are met

Required Qualifications

• WA State RN license
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
• Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, utilization review, or telephonic nursing
• Ability to work the specified overnight schedule
