Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards and referrals
  • Screen and evaluate candidates, checking references and aligning their motivations with business needs
  • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline using SmartRecruiters and partner with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Skilled in HRIS systems such as Workday and SmartRecruiters, and experienced with Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
