Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through various channels and build an active talent pipeline
- Screen and evaluate candidates, checking references and aligning their motivations with business needs
- Partner with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges and represent the company at career fairs and networking events
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Skilled in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems, with experience in Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications for communication and documentation
