Job Summary
To support the recruitment efforts for children's programs, the part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage high-volume hiring processes, proactively source candidates, and build strong relationships with hiring managers while working remotely within Washington State.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through various platforms and outreach methods
- Screen, evaluate, and check references for potential hires, aligning their motivations with business needs
- Maintain an active talent pipeline in SmartRecruiters and represent the organization at career fairs and community events
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly positions
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and SmartRecruiters, as well as Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications for effective communication and documentation
