Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage high-volume recruitment for children's programs, proactively source candidates, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience, all while working remotely within Washington State.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events
  • Screen and evaluate candidates, checking references and aligning their motivations with business needs
  • Build and maintain a searchable talent pipeline using SmartRecruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and SmartRecruiters, as well as Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
