Job Summary
Washington State Traffic Control Manager is a contract position that can be worked remotely, responsible for overseeing the Traffic Control Planning team, producing traffic control plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the Traffic Control Planning team in a remote work environment
- Develop and produce traffic control plans for utility, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects
- Review and perform quality control checks on TCPs to ensure compliance with state and local agency requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in traffic control planning, traffic management, or related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in traffic control plan development and drafting software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a remote setting
- Must possess TCDS or TCS certification in Washington State
