Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the Traffic Control Planning Manager will oversee daily operations, develop high-quality traffic control plans, and ensure compliance with municipal and state requirements in a contract-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the Traffic Control Planning team in a remote work environment
- Develop and produce traffic control plans for utility, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects
- Review and perform quality control checks on TCPs to ensure compliance with state and local agency requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in traffic control planning, traffic management, or a related field
- Proficiency in traffic control plan development and drafting software
- Candidates must possess one or more of the following Washington State certifications: TCDS or TCS
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a remote setting
