Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for referrals, prior authorizations, and hospital notifications
• Research and validate benefit and prior authorization requirements
• Review and approve authorization requests, ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or managed care setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred
• Familiarity with Washington Apple Health and Medicare Advantage Plans preferred
