Job Summary

Leading employee safety initiatives, the full-time Employee Harm and Workplace Violence Business Partner will develop, implement, and manage programs to prevent workplace violence and reduce employee harm while ensuring compliance with Washington State regulations, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain processes, standards, and policies to support a safe work environment and align with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development and annual review of the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan in compliance with state regulations
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies based on data analysis and incident investigations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, occupational safety, public health, risk management, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of safe work practices and experience in conducting accident investigations
  • Two years of experience in workplace violence or employee harm
  • Two years of healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Washington State workplace violence requirements (RCW 49.19) and L&I reporting expectations
