Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Value Based Care (VBC) Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize value-based care programs and initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert to influence strategy and goal setting around patient attribution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance provider tools and manage complex needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master's a plus)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in value-based care
• Care center workflow knowledge and understanding
• EMR experience required; Athena and Epic preferred
• Advanced knowledge of value-based care concepts and processes
