Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wellness Coordinator to manage inbound calls from behavioral health providers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from behavioral health providers and collect clinical information for authorization requests
• Navigate multiple computer databases during calls and collaborate with clinical partners
• Educate providers on behavioral health benefits and maintain compliance with departmental metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience in an inbound/outbound phone queue setting
• 2+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing information
• Experience in a medical/behavioral setting
• Intermediate proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office
