Job Summary

Managing mitigation losses remotely, the full-time Water Mitigation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing customer support throughout the restoration claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Applies company policies to manage mitigation losses and ensures prompt communication with policyholders and contractors
• Actively manages claims files, confirming damages and coordinating with insurance carriers to expedite file closures
• Maintains professional relationships with clients and contractors while ensuring adherence to quality standards and metrics

Required qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required
• Able to pass IICRC WRT certification course after training
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a flexible work schedule
• Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection is required for remote work
