Key Responsibilities

• Engage in water policy initiatives and strategic partnerships to advance conservation goals
• Coordinate programs and projects related to freshwater conservation and climate change
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies and organizations to promote the conservation agenda

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience
• Experience with Colorado water issues, particularly drought resilience and healthy rivers
• Experience in policy analysis and advocacy
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with diverse partners
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects
