Water RFP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Water RFP Specialist who will manage the proposal process for water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant RFP/RFQ/RFI opportunities in the water and wastewater sector
• Lead the proposal development process, ensuring compliance and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Prepare technical narratives and maintain a centralized RFP pipeline tracker and proposal content library

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience preparing RFP responses for utilities, infrastructure, construction, or engineering services
• Strong understanding of municipal and utility procurement processes
• Experience working with technical teams to develop proposal content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
