Water/Wastewater Estimator

Job Summary

To support critical infrastructure projects, the full-time Mega Projects Estimator - Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants will develop accurate quantity takeoffs, collaborate with engineering and sales teams on bid strategies, and ensure compliance with project specifications while working remotely from various states.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews construction plans and produces detailed material quantity takeoffs for water/wastewater treatment projects
• Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to develop competitive bid strategies and support design build projects
• Mentors associate estimators and provides ongoing training and support to estimating personnel

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction or critical infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to perform detailed material quantity takeoffs from construction plans
• Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in design build, value engineering, or complex bid strategies is strongly preferred
