Water/Wastewater Estimator

Job Summary

To support critical infrastructure projects, the full-time remote Water/Wastewater Estimator will develop accurate quantity takeoffs, collaborate on bid strategies, and provide design build support while ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews construction plans and specifications to produce detailed material quantity takeoffs for critical infrastructure projects
• Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to develop competitive bid strategies and supports design build projects
• Mentors associate estimators and provides ongoing training and support to estimating personnel

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction or critical infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to perform detailed material quantity takeoffs from construction plans
• Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in design build, value engineering, or complex bid strategies is strongly preferred
