Water/Wastewater Estimator

Job Summary

To support critical infrastructure projects, the full-time Mega Projects Estimator - Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants will develop accurate quantity takeoffs, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and contribute to bid strategies while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews construction plans and produces detailed material quantity takeoffs for water/wastewater treatment projects
• Collaborates with contractors and sales teams to develop competitive bid strategies and ensures timely delivery of customer quotations
• Mentors associate estimators and provides training to enhance team capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction or critical infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to perform detailed material quantity takeoffs from construction plans
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems
• Experience with design build processes and value engineering is strongly preferred
