Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wave Installer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, test, and activate Wave services across multiple hardware platforms
• Document testing results and maintain processes related to provisioning and activation
• Interact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and support

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of signal flow in various telecommunications equipment
• At least 2 years of experience in circuit installation and knowledge of DWDM equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, along with trouble ticketing software
• Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S
