Waves Engineering Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Waves Engineering Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Network Wave Engineers to support delivery of managed wavelength services
• Track and report on project progress and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on or before revenue commitment dates
• Develop strong relationships with internal partners to drive project delivery on time

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
• 10+ years of relevant telecommunications engineering experience and 5 years managing technical personnel
• Advanced knowledge of optical fiber technical specifications, DWDM network architectures, and telecommunications service protocols
• Familiarity with optical transport platforms and network design concepts
• Experience with data center and carrier hotel connectivity and telecommunications facility environments
