Wealth Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wealth Billing Specialist to manage the wealth billing process and provide customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the wealth billing process in Tamarac, including new account setup and billing definitions
• Generate, review, process, and reconcile monthly and quarterly billings, and manage account receivable collections
• Assist with onboarding new acquisitions and provide customer service regarding payment issues or discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from a credible college or university
• Experience with Tamarac or Envestnet wealth billing
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience within the financial services industry is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
