• Over ten years of experience in Wealth Management, leading teams and managing technology deliverables
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and proficiency in agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Extensive experience with Wealth Management Technology Platforms and managing complex products
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
