Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and contacting potential passive talent and key talent pools
• Accessing candidate interest level and qualifications
• Connecting candidates for prospective interviews with assigned recruiting partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, particularly for licensed financial advisors
• Proven success in recruiting passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions
• Experience with high-volume outbound activity using various sourcing tools
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience; CIR and CDR preferred
• Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow
