Job Summary
As a full-time remote Wealth Management Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will originate and grow a portfolio of high net worth (HNW) clients and family offices, leveraging institutional products and infrastructure while delivering exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HNW clients and family offices to increase assets under management (AUM) and trading volume
- Lead prospect and client meetings to communicate Hex Trust's value proposition and gather feedback for service improvement
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across various financial products to enhance client engagement
Required qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or wealth management
- Proven track record of growing AUM and managing sophisticated private client accounts
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with familiarity in digital assets
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic are highly valued
