Job Summary
As a full-time remote Wealth Management Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will originate and grow a portfolio of high net worth (HNW) and family office clients, leveraging institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HNW clients and family offices to increase assets under management (AUM) and trading volume
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across various financial products to deepen client engagement
- Lead client meetings, effectively communicating Hex Trust's value proposition and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services
- Proven track record of growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with familiarity in digital assets
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic is highly valued
