Job Summary
A company is looking for a Wealth Management Client Service Executive, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely documentation of meetings and action items
- Maintain visibility into the workload of Client Service Executives and conduct regular pipeline review meetings
- Oversee cross-department collaboration, ensuring effective communication and documentation of processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a brokerage firm, RIA, or similar
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Series 65 or 66 preferred
- Experience with Tamarac, eMoney, and CRM systems required
- Proven ability to improve workflows in a growing RIA or similar environment
