Job Summary

Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time Wealth Management Trust Specialist will respond to inquiries and requests from an affluent client base, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone inquiries and requests
  • Process routine customer service requests and resolve problems while monitoring risk and compliance
  • Perform Medallion Signature Guarantee and wire callbacks to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two to five years of experience in client/customer service and fiduciary activities
  • Thorough knowledge of personal trust administration and fiduciary regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
