Job Summary
Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time Wealth Management Trust Specialist will respond to inquiries and requests from an affluent client base, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone inquiries and requests
- Process routine customer service requests and resolve problems while monitoring risk and compliance
- Perform Medallion Signature Guarantee and wire callbacks to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to five years of experience in client/customer service and fiduciary activities
- Thorough knowledge of personal trust administration and fiduciary regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
