Job Summary
Providing administrative support to Financial Consultants, the full-time Wealth Sales Support Specialist will manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and prepare financial reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving customer account issues while supporting Financial Consultants in executing their strategies
- Scheduling client appointments and managing calendars, along with preparing internal financial reports and communication materials
- Training and supporting bankers on investment systems and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role or comparable position in the investment and insurance industry
