Web Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Administrator I to manage and support e-commerce websites for its member base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Jira development service desk, prioritizing and assigning incoming tickets
• Set up and configure websites for new members, including DNS and Magento settings
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support existing member websites

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role performing comparable tasks
• At least 1 year of HTML and CSS experience
• Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Magento
• Experience using ticketing or project management tools, with Jira experience as a strong plus
