Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Web and Contact Center Representative will respond to community-based inbound calls and web inquiries, manage consumer databases, and produce tracking reports while adhering to assigned work shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries, delivering accurate and timely information to consumers
- Produce and maintain tracking and monitoring reports to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Manage consumer databases to support efficient operations and service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience
- Experience handling community-based inbound calls preferred
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate consumer databases
