Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Web and Contact Center Representative will respond to community-based inbound calls and web inquiries, manage consumer databases, and produce tracking reports while adhering to assigned work shifts.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries, delivering accurate and timely information to consumers
  • Produce and maintain tracking and monitoring reports to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Manage consumer databases to support efficient operations and service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of call center experience
  • Experience handling community-based inbound calls preferred
  • Prior work experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate consumer databases
