Web and Digital Strategy Director

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CMO, the full-time remote Web and Digital Strategy Director will manage Jitterbit's corporate website and digital assets, executing a strategic roadmap to enhance web KPIs and support business objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy for web and digital properties targeting key audiences
• Implement strategies to grow web KPIs such as traffic, lead conversion, and SEO
• Manage project planning processes in an agile environment and oversee website content and usability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10-plus years of experience in web strategy within corporate or high-tech environments
• Proven understanding of web usability and accessibility standards
• Experience with web technologies, tools, and applications
• Strong knowledge of web localization and accessibility
