Web and Digital Strategy Director

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CMO, the full-time remote Web and Digital Strategy Director will oversee the strategic roadmap for the corporate website and related digital assets, focusing on web strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy for web and digital properties targeting key audiences such as customers and partners
• Implement strategies to enhance web KPIs including traffic, lead conversion, and SEO
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple creative and digital agencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10-plus years of experience in web strategy within corporate or high-tech environments
• Demonstrated understanding of web usability and accessibility standards
• Proven experience with web technologies, tools, and applications
• Strong knowledge of web localization and accessibility
