Job Summary

Assisting graduates with online web applications, the full-time remote Web Application Support Advisor will provide outreach and support for pre-employment onboarding requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to graduates to assist with online web applications and provide dedicated support
• Support graduates in the timely completion of necessary pre-employment onboarding assessments
• Utilize systems effectively to maintain accurate documentation and contribute to peer training on application support strategies

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Basic computer literacy and skills to navigate required technology
• Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English
• Experience in relationship building and time management
