Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery quality and client outcomes for web application projects, ensuring adherence to standards and schedules
• Make key architecture decisions and establish coding standards while mentoring the development team
• Lead business development efforts by providing technical expertise during client presentations and proposal development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of web/application development experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in Drupal (v9/10) and full-stack development (PHP, JavaScript/Node.js, HTML5, CSS3)
• Experience delivering web applications for government or regulated-sector clients
• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility compliance
• Proven ability to scale delivery operations and manage distributed teams
